True Digital Park, in collaboration with Topos Studio, a global leader in exhibition technology from South Korea, proudly presents the “The Abyss Beyond” digital art exhibition, following the success of last year’s “THE GATE IMMERSIVE THEATER”. This event will take visitors on a sensory journey through state-of-the-art technology, including a 250-degree media display and ambisonic sound system for a fully immersive audio-visual experience. The exhibition features two groundbreaking digital art pieces, “Abyss of Black and Light: We are the Primitives of a New Era” by Aldo Tambellini and “Abyss of the Unconscious: After Death Before the Birth” by Kamin Lertchaiprasert. This exhibition promises to delve deeply into the realms of existence, consciousness, and the universe. The exhibition will run from September 4 – 30, 2024, at TDPK Studio 1, True Digital Park West, Bangkok.

Prepare to experience the marvel of cutting-edge digital art in “The Abyss Beyond” as it takes you through the subconscious, dreams, and the vast universe through two incredible works:

1. “Abyss of Black and Light: We are the Primitives of a New Era” Created by Aldo Tambellini, an Italian-American media art pioneer, this work invites viewers to journey through a black hole crafted by the artist. Throughout his career, Tambellini blended painting, sculpture, and video art. He co-founded Gate Theatre in New York City and played a pivotal role in the development of video art. His work has been showcased at prestigious events such as the Venice Biennale and Tate Modern. This final piece is a testament to his exploration of blackness and space, using Ambisonic sound and immersive media to create a new dimension of reality.

2. “Abyss of the Unconscious: After Death Before the Birth” Created by Kamin Lertchaiprasert, a renowned Thai artist known for merging art with spirituality, this piece reflects Buddhist philosophy. With over three decades of experience, Kamin co-founded The Land Foundation, an alternative art space in Thailand. His works often explore themes of impermanence, mindfulness, and interconnectedness. This piece dives into the dark depths of the human subconscious, exploring the state between life and death, challenging the viewer’s perception of reality. The installation features a striking symbol of Kamin’s philosophy, the ‘Golden Skull,’ representing life and the universe.

“The Abyss Beyond” will be held from July September 4 – 30, 2024, at Studio 1, 2nd Floor, True Digital Park West, Bangkok (BTS Punnawithi Station, Exit 6) from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 30-minute duration per viewing).
