Siemens Signs Memorandum of Understanding with True Digital Park to Develop Smart Building Solutions and Elevate Building Standards to a Global Level

Siemens Limited, represented by Mr. Ross Conlon, President & CEO, and True Digital Park, represented by Mr. Thanasorn Jaidee, President, have entered into a collaborative agreement through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dr. Thai-Lai Pham, President & CEO of Siemens ASEAN, and Dr. Tarit Nimmanwudipong, General Manager of True Digital Park.



This collaboration encompasses the implementation of advanced building automation technologies and the deployment of Building X, a cloud-based digital platform powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). The platform will enable real-time monitoring and optimization of key building management parameters, including temperature, humidity, and energy usage, to enhance operational efficiency, improve building performance, and promote sustainable building management. This partnership marks a significant milestone in leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance Thailand’s digital infrastructure, supporting the development of smart cities and efficient building management.
