During the 42nd IASP World Conference on Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP 2025) in Beijing, China, from September 16–19, 2025, True Digital Park, represented by General Manager Dr. Tarit Nimmanwudipong, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Huilongsen Europe Technology (Beijing) at Zhongguancun Science Park (Z-Park).
This MoU signifies a crucial collaboration between two prominent innovation ecosystems. For True Digital Park, Southeast Asia’s largest tech and startup hub, this agreement reinforces its mission to connect Thailand with global partners and drive regional innovation.
Huilongsen Europe Technology (Beijing) is a well-established enterprise that specializes in the investment, construction, and operation of technology enterprise incubators and industrial parks, focusing on the high-quality development of modern science and technology parks. Concurrently, True Digital Park is developing an integrated area that nurtures Thailand’s startup and innovation ecosystem, offering world-class amenities alongside global tech solutions.
Through this partnership, both parties will jointly develop programs to support and empower startups in China and Thailand, encompassing activities such as mentoring, networking, and business development.
